• Per N.C.G.S. § 93A-4(a), individuals must successfully complete the 75-hour Broker Prelicensing Course prior to applying for an NC broker license. For more information about licensing requirements, including criteria for waiver of some requirements, visit the Apply for a License page on the Commission’s website.
