Commission Meeting Schedule

Real Estate Commission meetings and hearings are open to the public. Real estate licensees, consumers, and other interested persons are always welcome. While advance notice is not required, you are encouraged to notify the Commission of your plans to attend a scheduled meeting to ensure adequate parking and seating arrangements, particularly when meetings are not in Raleigh.

Meetings are scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. Hearings are typically scheduled for the afternoon of the meeting date, and the following day. Hearings may not occur as scheduled due to settlements, continuances, or the like. Meeting and hearing locations are subject to change, typically well in advance of the scheduled date. Check the website prior to the meeting or hearing to confirm its location.
